I am in love with my new oval yoga mat. My practice on this oval yoga mat is so fluid and allows my hands and feet access to the mat at all times. The cushion, natural smell and the “grippy-ness” is something that I look for in a yoga mat especially ones that I tend to use on a daily basis. The ability for it to withstand outdoor elements is a key too.

I am in love with my oval yoga mat!
I am tall and have had hard time fitting in the regular rectangular mats, however this OVAL mat offers ALL the space I need! I also love the natural smell, good grip and extra cushioning (great for my knees)

As my dosha is pitta dominant, I was skeptical about this oval yoga mat being able to give me the grip I need to get through humid vinyasa classes. However, I’ve been pleasantly surprised that even through the hottest and sweatiest level 2/3 class, I’m sticking asanas and feeling confident that I’m not going to slip. In addition, I like to practice outside nearly everyday and the grip holds up even with sand and dirt on it!
