Always come back to the breath! Allow the breath to penetrate your entire Being. Make the movement of breath your resting place. When you return consciously to the movement of your breath, you naturally enter the witnessing consciousness. From that place, you can observe the situations and fluctuations of the day. When observing, you are no longer on the surface, you are in the Center. The Center is the balancing point of everything. It holds the wheel together.
This automatically allows you to be present. NOW is all that exists and in NOW all possibilities are seen. Make your breath your best friend! Study it, relay on it, trust it. Merge your breath with the breath of the universe. Then the ego goes away and freedom comes. Then you realize that there is no such a thing as being ‘out of balance’. Everything that appears in disbalance is actually underlined by a common harmonizing principle. Allow your breath to merge you with that principle.
