Many of us feel anger, irritability and frustration throughout the course of our daily lives. Exercise can be a great daily treatment to release those feelings. If you find yourself getting angry on a regular basis, then yoga can be used to help you manage your feelings in between your workouts.
Dozens of types of yoga exist, many of which recommend a several series of poses to treat anger. Most practices advise you to acknowledge the anger that you feel, work through it and relax. Breathing is an integral part of an anger management yoga session, so find a quiet space and dedicate 15 to 30 minutes to complete these exercises.
