Cultural Journey Yoga Holiday in Mexico

Join Qi-Yo in this amazing journey through Mexico discovering the wonders, experiencing the rich culture, indulging in good food and yoga. This vacation will bring you through different parts of Mexico where you get to enjoy, learn and experience the best of what Mexico has to offer while immersing yourself with daily yoga. This vacation offers a wide array of activities, from relaxing on white sand beaches to dipping in cenotes, touring the pyramids to learning about the Mayan history, street shopping to cultural performances and much more.

Qi-Yo Culture and Yoga Holiday Itinerary

Day 1:

  • Arrive in Tulum Mexico

Day 2:

  • Two hours of meditation, pranayama, Qi-gong and yoga before breakfast
  • Relax on the beach or indulge in massage or spa treatments in the afternoon
  • Lecture and discussion about the Mayan culture and ancient planetary science before dinner
  • Traditional Mexican cuisine under the starry night

Day 3:

  • Leave for Chinitza in the early morning
  • Tour the pyramid complex with a professional tour guide
  • Have lunch with locals at their home
  • Return to Tulum in the afternoon
  • Qi Yo yoga practice in the evening

Day 4:

  • Meditation, pranayama, Qi-gong and yoga asana practice in the morning
  • Visit local temples and pyramids after breakfast
  • Enjoy the beautiful beach in the afternoon
  • Street shopping at authentic small boutiques before dinner
  • Mandala dance performance

Day 5:

  • Qi-gong and yoga in the morning
  • Leave for Merida and check into a nice hotel
  • Cooling swim in a refreshing cenote
  • Visit the Dzibilchaltum pyramid in the afternoon
  • Stop by Mayapan before returning to the hotel

Day 6:

  • Qi-gong and yoga practice in the morning
  • Visit Oxkintok pyramid
  • Check into a nice hotel near Campeche in the afternoon
  • Vibrant dinner at a restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea

Day 7:

  • Relax and enjoy stunning Campeche for the day

Day 8:

  • Meditation, Qi-gong and yoga in the morning
  • Leave for Palenque after breakfast
  • Explore Palenque with a professional guide
  • Cooling swim in a grand lake
  • Dance celebration at the hotel in the evening

Day 9:

  • Sadhana in the morning
  • Leave for Chetumal and check into a hotel there
  • Spend the day with sea animals, diving, swimming or sightseeing
  • Enjoy a nice spa and massage treatments in the late afternoon
  • Dinner at an authentic local restaurant

Day 10:

  • Yoga practice in the morning
  • Spend the day at Chetumal’s wonderful pyramid complex
  • Lecture about the mysticism of the Mayan culture, ancient aliens and the Pleiadians

Day 11:

  • Visit Becan in Chetumal
  • Pranayama and yoga Nidra relaxation in the afternoon
  • Lecture on divine, geometry and vibrational therapy

Day 12:

  • A day of beach relaxation, massage treatments, yoga, walk on the beach and nearby natural oasis

Day 13:

  • Qi-gong and yoga in morning
  • Leave for Calakmul
  • Dip in a refreshing cenote after lunch

Day 14:

  • Sadhana in the morning
  • Optional Shamanic ritual in the late afternoon
  • Dinner at the beach

Day 15:

  • A relaxing day in preparation for New Year’s eve evening celebration
  • Group puja, fire on the beach, singing, dancing, and kirtan at night
  • Guided midnight swim

Day 16:

  • Early morning swim and ritual at the sea followed by yoga and Qi-gong
  • Spend the day on local sightseeing!
  • Group mandala gathering and dance performance in the evening

Day 17:

  • Sadhana in the morning
  • Leave for Belize and check into a seaside hotel
  • Visit beautiful Caracol

Day 18:

  • Spend the day exploring the natural wonders of Belize

Day 19:

  • Immerse in yoga, Qi-gong, meditation, and pranayama for the day
  • Lectures on geomagnetic frequencies and universal healing energy

Day 20:

  • Enjoy a free day in Belize

Day 21:

30% deposit 45 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment required 25 days before your arrival date.

Once deposit is submitted, participants can cancel and are not committed to partake, but the deposit will be retained.
