Qi-Yo’s purpose is to offer a broad view of the world’s esoteric heritage via an open approach that melds extant spiritual knowledge into a single, unified system. Qi-Yo offers a mental and physical approach that aims to instill a life-improving practice to unify the basic traditions of human knowledge, for the benefit of the practitioners and of all mankind. This system helps people find a connection to the global esoteric heritage from ancient times to present day, Chinese and Indian yogic systems as well as a synthesis of other methods to help you elevate your consciousness. During weekend and free time, we would visit zen gardens and traditional Japanese gardens*.
Students will learn about feg shui and the art of zen meditation.
Traditional Japanese tea ceremonies will also be offered*.
Matcha and other green tea will be offered daily.
Students will also be able to witness the art of Samirai sword- making*
Also, there will be a day visit to see Kyudo masters practice. Workshop about Japanese Kyudo will also be offered*.
Daily classes of yoga and meditation will be offered daily.
Practice will done on the amazing OVAL yoga mat, which is given for FREE to each student.**
Traditional vegetarian Japanese food will be offered daily.
We will be visiting during Spring and will be incredibly lucky to take a trip to see the famous cherry blossoms:

Traditional Japanese Home:
Throughout the wonderful journey of Qi-Yo Yoga Retreat, you will have daily Qi-Yo Yoga and Qi-Gong classes. Qi-Yo Multi-Yoga is the first system to unite Qi-Gong, Tai and Balinese practices with traditional Vedantic .The system came to life in the early 1990s and in January 2013, after years of perfecting it, it received acknowledgement of being the first system of its kind. The Yoga Federation, Assist World Records Foundation and the city Mayor came together in Pondicherry, India to give it a public recognition. Qi-Yo Multi-Yoga is also the first system that offers Theosophical philosophy in a wide spectrum of different world yoga sources, spiritual practices, holistic methods and esoteric teachings.

Certification and Credits
Upon successful completion of the course students receive the Certificate of the International Multiversal Yoga Society, entitled Teacher of Yoga.
This training is registered by and fulfills the requirements for the International Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, for which graduates of the program are invited to register.
Course graduates can earn university credits toward graduate degrees from I AM Education Open Multiversity.
The fee for the education, daily activities and certification is 2500 USD
Books and Course related materials: 100 USD
To participate in the course, the tuition fee is 2600 USD.
For food, lodging, and transportation, please calculate additional:
Accommodation for the whole program is 1300 USD per person***
Food for the month (breakfast and dinner is 600 USD for the month)
