Have you ever found yourself lost in your own being, overwhelmed by your own doings? Do you feel that we’ve stopped asking questions, having simply no time for them? That we run about like zombies, performing a puppet dance of tasks… never asking WHY?Indeed, it seems that we are putting ourselves to sleep with the pleasures of modern life. Shopping has become a ritual, an addiction, the purpose of life. We are dying in our own self-created, illusory bubble of a comfort zone. We are playing hide-and-seek with ourselves, forgetting that we can escape from everything except from our own selves. The planet is full of lost children dressed in a veneer of happiness, playing this game of distraction. We have become so disconnected from our hearts that we forget to seek what really matters—our own author.
